If you need to use missle type attacks on Sokahr, you should cast them at point blank range (otherwise the missle dampening will slow them down) and you should time them so that they hit him while he is not spinning or you should use them right after you stun/freeze him. A wizard with 40,000 health and resistances over 600 can be killed by a single reflected Arcane Orb. These reflected attacks travel very quickly and they will do massive damage to you. When he is spinning he will reflect any missle type attacks that you have thrown at him. You can stun/freeze him or you can run far enough away from him so that his blades are not hurting you. When he is doing his spinning dervish attack he does not move very far.
If he vortexes you it usually means that he is about to use his spin attack on you. He will often hurl several mortar shots at a very small spot so make sure to dodge them carefully. His mortar attack is much more targeted than the mortars that other elite monsters hurl at you. You do not want to get stuck or frozen by a monster while Sokahr is hurling his mortars at you. Just like the other keywardens, it is a good idea to clear away all the regular monsters in an area so that you can fight him one on one.
He frequently uses his bladed dervish attack as well. Sokahr has the Vortex, Electrified, Mortar and Missle Dampening affixes.
